Morgan Trading Company (MTC) opened its doors to the Gaylord community in December 2020. The company is owned and operated by Military Veteran, Matthew Morgan and his wife, Angela Morgan who both have master’s degrees in business. The couple saw that there are very limited options available to serve the needs of the people in Northern Michigan. 

It is our mission to provide our customers with professional buy-sell-trade services, that will allow access to cash as needed, to those that have limited options. At MTC, we understand that anyone can suffer from cash flow issues, and we are here to help. We offer multiple ways to get you the cash you need, and the process is simple, dignified, and absolutely seamless. The main goal of opening this company is to help people and provide excellent customer service to everyone that walks through our doors.

With the economic situation we are all experiencing, being able to help people get gas in their vehicles to get to work, a job interview, next month’s rent, food on the table, or even a fun weekend with the family, makes what we do very fulfilling. We do our very best to get the help our customers need.

We buy, sell, and trade a wide variety of items such as firearms and ammo (MTC is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealers), jewelry, coins, watches, luxury handbags, electronics, tools and equipment, instruments, and much more. We pride ourselves in offering the products we buy to the community at very affordable prices. Our retail sales floor is like a treasure hunt, you’ll find a variety of items and the store is always changing!
